There's a chance that Citydump and Virtual Intelligence are different boards, however, it lacks information about alternative board names and phones. While this list contains information from January 1995, BBS Intro (95) names it Armsvett, and Dream Chart 21 mentioned below contains information from October 1996 - in all instances sysop is the same.
