Mystic

(c64/.au)

Mystic was an Australian-based c64 demo group, active in 1990-1991. Having not made any releases since then, they are considered disbanded.

In may 1991 members were Sweet Tooth, Vengeance, Psycho, Insane, The Cure, Rotor and Maxell in Australia, Boeran and Rave in Germany, Peter in Denmark and Cameo (previously Donatello/Rapax) in Holland.1 It was reported in may that the divisions in Denmark and Holland, as well as Rotor were new members, and further that The Slasher (now in Bronx), Orpheus (left the scene), Atmos and FX (left for the Amiga), Menace, Megatonne, The Heavyweight (who rejoined Chrome) had all left the group.1 In june, Peter changed their handle to Rainman, The Cure left for The Force, that Vulcan left Chrome for Mystic and that despite claims in Crisis #2 Sweet Tooth was still in the group.2
