The Cellar Elite looks to be a New York based PC cracking group from the mid-1980s, with ties to the Apple II.

Reset Vector would sign off his texts with Written by the RESET VECTOR and The Cellar Elite Cracking Division. However, in Dec 1986 he would release Cracking On the IBMpc by Backaroo Banzai aka the Reset Vector. Suggesting either Cellar Elite had ended or he had left the group.
