Escape was a c64 and Amiga demo group, formed in january of 1989 when several other groups joined forces under this label - among them Outlaws (source: Demo, december 1989).

Antrax had a swapper advert in Cracker Journal 12 (january 1989), in which they mention a fresh cooperation with Escape and Highspeed. Swapper advert in Cracker Journal 16 (october 1989), pointing to an address in Jakobsli, Norway.

Cracker Journal 19 (march 1990) reported, "Some members of Escape and New Style joined Piranhas." The group was disbanded around march of 1990 when most members left to join other groups. Panther and Vindicator both left to help form the new group Sanity, while most other German members left for Titanics. Swiss members joined Piranhas, others went to Success and Prime Evil.
