Biography based on bio on their webapage from 1998.
Albion was formed in the middle of 1992 when Stealth (now Stilgar) and some other people started to code. At first the group was named "Silence", but the name "Albion" was used for the first time in the begining of 1993, not knowing another Albion already existed in Finland. In the summer the first large demo, Atlantis, was released. Members were: Stealth, Yaro, Yans, Bart (now Jetan) and maybe some others. At the second winter party in Tarnow in december, Albion took part in demo compo with the unfinished demo Andrews Answer. Members: Stealth, Yans, Jetan, Olsen, Arab.
After releasing a small dentro Headache in march 1994, Joodas, Mr. Sid and KaeMEGie (all ex-Caniballs members) joined the group. The next months brought a lot of changes as many people joined, but only a few stayed for long - some names were Yap, Cleve, Mayonez, Quamus and Stera. The demo-project Cruel Potato started development, but the group was unable to finish it in time for the Tarnow '3 Party at the beginning of june. Two weeks later they visited New-Face Party in Poznan/Poland with a preview. Cruel Potato was finally released in october. Two new demo projects, Hallucynations (Stilgar) and Extremity (KaeMEGie). Nothing special happened until Tarnow '4 party in december that a lot of changes took place. At this event Albion and Vader negotiated the possibility of publishing polish zine called "Vitality" together. The first cooperative issue was planed to be published in the begining of next year. Members: Stilgar,Kmeg, Yap, Quamus, Jetan, Olsen, Cleve, Stera, Mayonez, Mr.Sid
In 1995, Cleve & Olsen left the scene and Jetan officialy left for Agony. Cause of some unclear reasons the cooperative issue of Vitality was published only under Vader label. Kerk - leader of Vader joined Albion and status of his mother crew became unstable. Some weeks later Vader died and a few its talented members also joined Albion. The handles of those guys were: Magic, Dr. Soft, Apacz, Kotas. A C64 game label called Color7 (where a few ALB members were too) organized PUKE 4*4 party in the summer. An unfinished preview of Hallucynations took third place in demo compo. The final version was published in the beginning of autumn. Vitality started to be published under the Albion label. Unlock, Hawk & Cosmo joined. Members: Stilgar, Kmeg, Kerk, Yap, Quamus, Apacz, Dr.Soft, Cosmo, Unlock, Magic, Kotas, Olsen
In early 1996, only another issues of Vitality came out. They then released Fatality at the end of summer. Jetan & Olsen, two former members came back, and Eclipse, Lucky and Questor teamed up. Members: Stilgar, Jetan, Kmeg, Kerk, Yap, Quamus, Olsen, Apacz, Dr.Soft, Cosmo, Unlock, Magic, Kotas, Eclipse, Lucky, Hawk.
In 1997 Yap left the scene, but Wacek joined. Crimson joined. At Gravity 1997 in august they released Excalibur which took third place in the demo competition. Members: Stilgar, Jetan, Kmeg, Kerk, Yap, Quamus, Olsen, Apacz, Dr.Soft, Cosmo, Unlock, Magic, Kotas, Eclipse, Lucky, Hawk, Crimson.
