SKiLL was announced in December 1993 as the official trial group for iCE. It evolved from iCE Trial system, but proved unpopular and only lasted for a month before being discontinued. "No one seemed to like the SKiLL/iCE Trial idea. :) Everyone felt that it was too much of a separate group, so now the SKiLL name is gone, but there will be a SKL-0194, then the name will be changed to avoid confusion."
Skill Art Pack (01/1994) announces that Skill has been renamed to BARQ. "OK.. we are changin the name cuz we wanna avoid confussion with iCE trial.. this pack has NOTHING to do with iCE or iCE trial.... the inquisitor is gonna spread this pack like a mad man"
