Overseas International 1991 was a C64 cracking group, based around the city of Essen, Germany.

Space Duel and Vietnam (both 17 february 1987) said, "overseas is the new group for your computer, transformed by: the bitstoppers, creep, krabat, bfbs, morx, the works, the magic circle in essen".
