Yes this demo is splendid. The video is strange (maybe captured from hatari emulator?) because the frame rate on a real Falcon is far better ! And a CRT monitor gives a better finish for dots and smooth the gfx of the last part (as a natural anti-aliasing).
Feels oldschool but in a good way ! Very polished and nice looking prod. Yes, on the video it does look a bit slow, glad to hear it is faster on the real thing. The soundtrack is a bit too quiet in my opinion but it does sound good as well. Thumb up for this nice prod !
That was truly amazing to see this at the party place, especially knowing this was running on an unexpanded standard Falcon. Clearly my favourite release from Silly Venture 2016 and easily one of the best Falcon demos I've ever seen. Excellent design and graphics with very consistent art direction, really impressive effects (doom part!) and a nice chilled-out 80s soundtrack. Good job guys!
