This version of the game appears to be a reaction to the Eagle Soft Incorporated version, and writes in its scroller; "this game is quite old (you are right again!!), but the old version, cracked long time ago, by the esi did not work proberly, one of the levels was totally screwed up, and this game is so great, that i couldn't accept that, so here is a 1 side +5 trainer version!!" - The instructions elaborate, and writes, "i know this game is quite old, but the old version cracked by esi didn't work! so after talking to some of my friends i decided to crack a prober version, and here it is: crunched down from 2 sides to 1 side, and then i added a +5 trainer"

Release date is an estimate, based on circumstancial evidence. It was certainly released a while after the other versions of the game, which mostly appeared in october 1987. They end the greetings in the scroller with the text, "and all the others i'm going to meet at the ikari party in 13 days, see ya all there!!" which would seem to indicate this was released 13 days prior to the Ikari & Zargon Party 1989, which officially started on march 23rd, 1989 - which means the release date is most likely march 10th, 1989.
