The title in the cracktro/.nfo ("Links: Barton Creek Personal Tour") is somewhat wrong.
According to mobygames.com the correct title is Links: Championship Course - Barton Creek. Similar results can be found on e.g. wikipedia and myabondonware.com. The archive also contains a variation showing the title "Links: Barton Creek Country Club Course" while the released .nfo is identical (besides the shown title which again is not the same as in the cracktro itself).
