The patch was released without .nfo, only with a .diz file.
I wasn't able to find a game with the name "Bomberman Fantasy Racing", but I did find the string "SLUS-00823" in a memory dump that I captured while the cracktro was running. This string is the game serial number for "Bomberman Fantasy Race" instead.
