The cracktro and .nfo file indicate that the patch was designed for "Sword of Rajetsu". However, after delving into some research, I couldn't find any game that bears this name. Nonetheless, I was able to extract the game serial number SLPM-86177 from the patch, which actually corresponds to the game titled "Shinji Daigeki Action - Rasetsu no Ken Konami".
