I don't think this demo was ever distributed because all members of The Mafia joined Triumph as founding members shortly after it was made. It was later rebranded for Triumph and used as an intro for IntuiTracker 1.1 (https://demozoo.org/productions/263605/). There was also a bug with the channel equalizers so they were disabled in the IntuiTracker intro but has been solved later for the original demo.
