Mobygames lists this on the C-64 as a 1983 release from Home-Computer Software. However, the screenshots do not match this game. Power Play magazine says it was at the CES of January 1984, and it is announced in RUN magazine July 1984.

However, this maybe "Pro Golf" by Canadian Micro Distributors that is advertised in RUN Jan 1984.
