Hires bitmap and 18 static sprites. 5 in upper border, 3 in the lower. 8 are used to add highlights to the logo and two in the centre to remedy colour clash on the hexagons (red and blue).
I've not coded on the C64 for a few years and I was a bit rusty. It could have a far smaller memory footprint.
