Stripes was a popular Amiga tool used to set the colour of the Paper, Ink, Menu or Cursor. It was primarily used to change the paper colour ($DFF180, or Colour 00) of the standard 4 colours that get loaded from devs:system-configuration when the disk boots into AmigaDOS. It was primarily used on Kickstart 1.X compared to the later kickstarts.
