Good motive and probably very good by gfx-tech standards, but this dither-for-the-sake-of-dither fad doesn't work for me, at least not here. It's looking very coarse. It's odd to use 16 colors when there are 32, resolution of 320x240 is odd too.

I'd like to disagree with bifat. I truly adore this style, and of course 16 colours is the shit :)
