Arcadia was a SNES releasing group.
The april 1996 releases Beauty Girl Wrestling and Tiger-777 II listed Fazwonga, HeroZero and Zigor as members at that time. The nfo that came with the may 24 release Treasure Hunter G revealed the list had grown with Ghost Face Killer, Eric The Red and TCB. By the time they released Block on july 20th, Teacher had also joined the group. In the nfo for The Smurfs 2 - Around The Globe in october, the memberlist revealed tha Ghost Face Killer and TCB were gone from the list, while Son Doobie was a new arrival since july.
