In an article written by Shihear Kallizad in Paradigm #2, DREAM was founded by Cool T, LogaN and himself. After unwittingly obtaining leadership over both EAAD and Ansi Maniacs. Shihear decided to merge the groups and join them under the new DREAM name. The group was based on WWiVNet and Shihear claims they dominated their online community between September 1991 and April 1992.

But after becoming annoyed with the many people on WWiVNet who were confusing them with The Dream Team, DREAM renamed and became LTD, Licensed to Draw. Who, later in the year would merge into MiRAGE.
