Aero was a Danish-based Amiga demo group, formed by The Master in july of 1990. Iceman, Cyborg and VAG were the first three recruits. Their first release was the musicdisk Stereo Evolution, and quickly after Gargoyle joined the group, expanding the member status to 5 people. Work commenced on a larger demo, and new members Mick, Dosh and Demon joined the group.
January meant another new challenge for the group, as they arranged the Aero Conference 1991 in january. Ultimate Tracksystem 3.0 revealed, "Slide Left Underworld To Join Us. Phalcon Left Cave To Join Us. Cobra From Paradox Has Joined Us.The Sob Has Joined Us." Shortly after the conference, Slide joined, and about two weeks later they released their first large demo, Over Dimension. More members arrived in the shape of Cobra and Phalcon. The mid august Mintro announced that Exon left Aero for Amaze. Demon left the group. The october diskmagazine Freedom Crack 7 from Vega contained an article by The Master about the formation of the group, and listed The Master, Gargoyle, Bionic, Phalcon, Slide, Mick, Vag, Iceman, Cyborg, Gambler, Cobra, The Sob and Dosh as active members. The late december demo Fatal Overdrive announced Saxon had changed his handle to Therion.
Aero ceased its existence in early 1992, when The Master, Bionic and Cyborg all left to join The Silents.
