Universal Soldiers was a French-based Amiga demo group, active in 1994-1995.

They were formed by Schmoovy Schmoov from Complex and Monty from Paradox. Suny had just joined Bomb!, and his picture in Unsatisfied clearly has a Bomb behind his signature, just like he used in all his other pictures for the group.
