Held at the "La Quinta" disco in Heinsberg, Germany. It was a mostly social event. About 200 people attended. The local group "Aliens" performed on stage. German TV and many official magazines for both the c64 and amiga were present. Mentioned in Cracker Journal 16 (october 1989), "Next Radwar Party in December 89 or January 90 !!" and then Cracker Journal 19 (march 1990) reported "Remember to look at the 31th of March Hi-Score on West-3 in TV. There will be report from the Radwar Party IV 06:30 pm."

A party report was also published in the commercial German magazine "Amiga Special", including an interview with the attending copyright lawyer Günther von Gravenreuth.
