Unfortunately this was reviewed from a somewhat broken release, but the layout of the cracktro seems to indicate it was released later than the original Footballer of the Year (most releases came out in december of 1986). Paired with the fact that it uses a piece of music from 1989, it is far more likely to be a release of its sequel, Footballer of the Year II (most releases in december of 1989).
