On the title screen it says "Assembled VII/MXM" which is roman numerals for 07/1990 - which is at odds with the date august 24th in the documentation. We thus assume the title screen to be correct, and the docuementation a typo, since there are circumstancial evidence that point to july being corrcect (it being featured on packdisks released before august 24th).
