Crazy Cars III is a game released in 1992 by Titus Interactive. It was later slightly upgraded and re-released as Lamborghini American Challenge in 1993.

A trainer offers one or more cheats like unlimited lives, invincibility, more ammo etc. Because this is done during runtime a trainer is not to be confused with a savegame editor.
