Swapper ad in Cracker Journal 17 (november 1989), listing an address in Baesweiler, Germany.

The news section of Cracker Journal 18 (january 1990) revealed that "KCS/Supreme and Apology/AFL are back as Vision One.", and also that "The Bergheimer Section left Apology/AFL. Some of them stopped all activities (Frantic, Fantasy, Black Tiger), the others joined Vision 1." The adverts section had an advert selling subscriptions, listing an address in Baesweiler, Germany for contact. Cracker Journal 19 (march 1990), reported, "Apology left Alpha Flight.", and also carried a swapper advert listing PLK's in Augusburg, Stuttgart and Feilbach, Germany.
