Havok was formed in 1994 as a merger between the two groups MiC (from Chicago) and Prophecy (from Ontario).

Havok Art Pack (04/1994) reported Tron (joined Visual Intensity), Polaris and Spock had all resigned from the group, and listed Lars Ulrich, The Stalker (founders), Sneaky Car Thief (global coordinator), Neurotik Oppressor, Bitter Sacrifice (canada coordinators), Nightbreed (us coordinator), Acolytes, Bleys, DayTripper, Dead Puppy, Destiny, Epic, Flame, Frizzle Fry, Hitman, Lightning, Jex Mann, Knile, Nightvision, Perkman, Satch, Spawn -0- Death, Sword Weaver, Techie, The Gatekeeper, The Intruder, The Replicant, Zaphod and Zombie as members.
