Transcom was a c64 cracking group, born from the remains of the C64 Comics Group.
On april 16th 1988 they proclaimed "we are a nu group founded by da now dead c64cg,d.c.u'1789 & pleasure" and listed members Bebex, Chett, Greystoke, IRQ, ISS, Jayce, Johnny B, Leto II, LKJ, Malibu, Nevil, Nick, Photony, Subtilou, The Sudden Death and Unknow.1 On the 23rd of april, it was announced "leto 2 and gimzo has left transcom. hope they will die by aids !!!", indicating it was not an amicable split.2
Members in may 1989 were Hellraiser, Unknow, Greystoke, Fires, Malibu, Johnny B, Lenin, Stinger, Shadow, MK, Merlin and L K J.3
In December 1990 they countered information from a recent issue of Sex'n Crime that they were dead.4
