The Grid was a Polish pc demo group, active in 1995-2005.

They made their first release cooperating on the diskmagazine Bad News #3 in October 1995.

In January 1996, members were SebL, Ghenesis, P.G.M, Kaxper, Cheater and Erton.1 In early 1996, Zenial, Bartesek and Saver all joined from Distorsion, and In march, SebL left the group for Pulse.2
