Lowlife 1991 was held at Nordre Skole in Silkeborg, Denmark. Quackbuster from Static Bytes, Tuborg and Lunatic from Light and the company Lehmann Radio & TV were the main organizers. The entrance fee was 60 DKK. Only five demos competed; the rest were released outside competition.

Static Bytes released a Lowlife Party Slideshow shortly after the party.
