Announced in Criminal #1 (April 1990). The decription (restaurant food, single bed sleeping rooms for rent) suggests that the party was held in a sort of hotel. Cracker Journal 19 (march 1990) reported, "Red Sector, Alpha Flight and Spectre Party on 21.04.90 in Luxembourgh. With demo-competition and sleeping-posibilities."

We've tried to piece together the demo competition as best we can based on this text in Cracker Journal; "The competors where: Brainstorm (with a megademo), VS1/AFL Germany (with two normal demos), VS1/AFL Belgium (with their Tetris demo), IRIS (with a MEGA????)demo), Level 4 (with a MusicDisk), Mindkillers (with also a MusicDisk) and at last Spectral (with their PartyDemo)." ... "The top three were: 1. Brainstorm,2. AFL,3. Brainstorm."

A party report was published in Cracker Journal 20 (May 1990).
