The PC Show London 1989 was held at the Earl's Court Exhibition Hall, London. There was two side-events held simultaneously, one at Hawk/Red Sector Inc's house, and one by Cyrus Corp..¹

There is some debate over the dates here; reports span from october 27th to the 29th, to the 29 to the 2nd of october. Further investigation is in order.
