Vodka is apparently deceased (based on comment here, saying hope you can see this in heaven our friend).

Chippy Town 1 (september 1993, where he also had a swapper advert) reported that Vodka had been dismissed from Digital, but had instead joined The Special Brothers.

With We Love Melon. in february 1994, Hazard announced they were merging with Saturne, and that the group hence was dead - Vodka moved on to Saturne.
