Might be the same bbs as Asylum (0303).

The Gothenburg Trader Chart #7 (July) (1 august 1994) reported Juan had left Duplo for TRSI, and City of Joy was the new SHQ bbs - and that Dale was dismissed as console operator, and replaced with Jive/TRSI. It ran for TRSI in in november 1994, according to Dream Charts 1.
