High Society was mainly a console cracking group, releasing for the N64, Sega Genesis and GBC. They were first born in 1996, as a continuation of the former c64 group Future Boys. The original members were Rico, Stage and Nik. Their sites were often anonymized - some we've figured out is Pxxxxxx Hxxxxxx was Pirates Hideout (WHQ), Vxxxxxxx was Valhalla (EHQ), Dxxxxxxxx was Drugstore (GHQ), Sxxxxx Pxxxxxxxx was Simple Pleasures (distribution site) and was Hxxx Vxxxxxx High Voltage (MHQ).
The group made its first gbc releases in december of 1999, with 5 games. A nfo file from thenlisted the following members at the time; Rico, Stage, Mic1, Furore, Darkman, Swasti, Unit, Iggy, Croc, Shlong Master, Seven, CLOSEDone, Acidline, Tom99, Roadhouse, Erkay, FunkFlex, Mad Woolf - DrkWatr, Djax, Metzlers, Paradise, Fairchild, Zorn, Laslo, Fuselito.
GBX-Tool v1.08 (4 april 2000) listed Rico, Mic1, Furore, Darkman, Swasti, Unit, CLOSEDone Acidline, Tom99, Roadhouse, Erkay, Mad Woolf, Djax, Metzlers, cliffi, Fuselito, Paradise, Fairchild, Zorn, Laslo, hEllhammer, Yoshi_5, DrkWatr, Cartman, Sweed and Cyclone as members. Armymen Sarges Heroes 2 +3 added Brainwalker, Ethan, Futile, c02, Zombie and Slasher to the list.
