(bbs/network) - TCS

According to the TSAN Newsletter #1, The Crime Syndicate started as a PC warez group in Feb 1991 but folded after a few releases. The name was repurposed by the group and used for a well known elite, FidoNet BBS network.

In late 1991 the "Echos" (forums) included:
