Damage

Damage was founded in Oulu, Finland in August 1991. They are a multiplatform Demo group, having released on the Amiga originally, but later branching out to pc in the ms-dos era, and Commodore 64. Damage was known of organizing boozing parties in northern Finland, releasing crazy party intros and an infamous Finnish diskmag Damage Report.

Maggy 12 (june 1992) reported, "Flesh (ex Damage) joined New Wave".

In 1997 Damage joined forces with Abomination, forming up "the 2nd generation" extending to PC and C-64 platforms. During this renaissance, Damage organized the infamous C-64 demo parties Zoo 1997 and Zoo 1998.

The old Amiga section of the group went on hiatus in the millennium, while that was the most active era for the PC section.

In 2002 the PC section faded away and active members of Damage on C-64 platform joined Fairlight shortly after that. Consequently Damage as a demogroup vanished into the void. [by Venturus/Damage]
