The THX Irc Compo 1 was an online music competition for tunes in the THX format only. All resulting tunes were gathered in the music compilation Klub Diznee II - Competition Is Gone in february 1997. It is assumed the actual competition was held early 1997 as well.

Voters this time were Arrogance, Bigrat, Blast, Cyclone, Deelite, doc, Fastjack, Fudge, Geir, Guffaw, Jerry, Kalikone, Kaneda, Modem, Morbid, MrC, Orlingo, Pink, Prodigy, qen, Rahiem, Rubik, Shane, Skyphos, Swoop, tEcon, Tommy, Wivern, X-ile, Yup and Zeg (31 voters).
