Awesome was a German-based Amiga demo group, under the leadership of Raider.

The february 1992 diskmagazine R.A.W 2 reported that Tomcat left Awesome for Complex. Black Raven announced he had left the scene and Awesome in the may 1992 intro C-64 Tunes (also reported in Chit Chat 5), but in fact later joined Agnostic Front and carried on. Chit Chat 5 (july 1992) further reported that "VOX DEI Sweden completely joined AWESOME", that "LAWBREAKER/EX-TIMEX joined AWESOME as a coder." and that Montana Rice and Aerobas left Vanish for Awesome.
