Applause was a Polish Amiga demo group, active in 1993-1996. They were formed by previous members of Grace and a few others. When Cyanide died, all its Dutch members also joined.
In August 1994 it was reported that Magic, Amethist (both from Cyanide), Phantom (from Platin) and Franklin all joined, that Amethist soon after changed handle to Sascha, that Magic became the new editor of their diskmagazine Thing, and that Quazar and TLC left the scene.1
In February 1995 it was reported Thorgal had changed handle to Justus, that Lovely had rejoined the group, that members of the Dutch section had not been kicked as some magazines reported, that Phantom left to form a new group called Bravo, that Chance, Jerome and Ricochet left the group to be independent, and finally that Vasquez left the scene.2
