The Party 2001 was the 11th The Party event, and the last one to host proper demoscene competitions. Amiga and pc competitions were combined, and the c64 music competition was merged with the tracked music competition. The c64 cover band "Press Play On Tape" performed a live concert. Farbrausch won the intro competition, but gave half their prize money to mfx.

Results published in Showtime 17 (april 2002).

Results based on results.txt from scene.org. The original results did not have authors, only production names, so a fair bit of research have gone into these results.
