Lemon. (pronounced Lemon-point) is an Amiga demo group, born in february 1993 when some of the best members of Anarchy decided to leave and build a smaller, more friendship-oriented group. They announced the fact with the dentro Announce in march. The production stated that the intial founders were 16 people across 3 countries, and they were; Facet (who also served as main organizer, from Anarchy), Nao (from Freestyle), Kr'33 (from Sanity), The Pride (from Sanity), Futuremind, Papillion, Mad Freak, Flaring Horizon, Capricorn, Hannibal (from Anarchy), Slash (from Anarchy), Dr. Gyble, Nuke (from Anarchy), Dan (from Anarchy), Paradroid (from Anarchy), and Majic Mushroom (from Quartz). Two people changed their handles immediately after joining the group; Mad Freak became Julius, and Slash became J.A.D.E. Nuke changed his handle to Spaceman somewhere between september and december.
At the end of december, the group was one of the groups arranging The Party 1993 where they released thei final production Dotro - and following this release, the group fell apart.
Hannibal and J.A.D.E. later created the games development company Lemon, that was active from 1994 until 1998. See their Wikipedia entry for further information.
