The july 1989 cracktro for 1943 by Paranoimia called out Wookie for bad behaviour. Also in july, Cracker Journal 15 carried the news that "Wookie of Vision Factory was caught by the police. They found 300 disks. After the police found the modem, they informed the office for tele-communications (dt: Fernmeldeamt). So they came, took the modem with them and they stamp (dt: einstampfen) it."

Wookie was interviewed for Cracker Journal 18, where he revealed that his first group was OKS Import Division, before World of Wonders, Paranoimia, Vision Factory and at the time of the interview he was independent.
