Evoke 1998 was held at the Theatersaal in Aachen, Germany. It was the 2nd Evoke event, and the first at this location.

From the Evoke archive page; "After the first Evoke being such a great success we had to look for a new location. Moving to a larger city seemed to be a good idea, so we managed to get the Theatersaal in Aachen. But just like last year this location was far too small and even more overcrowded as in 1997. Kolor released Metropolis and Exceed won the wild compo with their groundbreaking Freefall."
