Nothing to suggest they're streaming any of it as far as I can see..

The organisers addressed this on their website's message board:
'The party place is offline so the only possibility to connect to the internet is a poor quality cellular network (that place is quite out of the civillization). If anyone shares an unlimited cellular connection of reasonable quality, I could make a Periscope broadcast, but it’s not the priority. Instead of that there might be someone who could record it on camera and publish later'.
