Fantasy Cracking Service

Fantasy Cracking Service was a German-based c64 cracking group, formed by Fantasy in 1986. In october, members were Fantasy, ITC, Nobody, Stoogie, Outsider, Pogo Joe and The Software Thief,¹ and announced Larry Brent was concentrating on the video scene, and was no longer a member of the group. On 11 november Nobody, Outsider, Pogo Joe and The Software Thief were no longer in the group, and Crackin' LTD., Lacoste (aka LCE) and SDI were new additions.² Just two days later on the 13th , The Tacky Twos were added to the member list.³ From november 24th it was revealed "stoogie isn't now a member of the great fcs !!!"⁴⁵ Then on december 1st, that statement was taken back, saying after listing Stoogie in the memberlist; "(it was a bad joke,was we wroten about him)".⁶ In december, SPC, Electro, Lukullus, TTT and Bond Electronics were all new additions.⁷ Finally on december 27th, it was reported "note : crackin'ltd isn't now member of the fantasy cracking service".⁸

In january they listed Fantasy, ITC, Speedcracker, Electro, TTT, SDI, Crackin'ltd, lce, Bond Electronics, Stoogie and Lukullus as members.⁹ Then on the 28th, they announced "bond elc.,stoogie and ttt are not longer members of fcs".¹⁰ In februaryTEK, The Magic Master and Mr. Fiend were added to the list.¹¹ On march 4th, they welcomed swt & htb.¹² Shadow Skimmer (june 1987) listed Fantasy, SDI, Lukullus, TSM, Crackin' Ltd, J-Up, 007, High Tech Boys, Cyborg Systems, MCS and TK as members. Snap Dragon and Bride of Frankenstein in july revealed that High Tech Boys were no longer on the memberlist, and welomed new member TSA. The group was voted #8 cracker group of the month in Illegal 19 (august 1987). The november release Guadalcanal revealed in its scroller, "mcs built a new group" - this is presumed to be Sorcerers, who he made a demo with in december of that year. The intro further went on to list the members at that time - revealing that SDI, Crackin' Ltd, J-Up, 007, Cyborg Systems and TSA were all gone since july, and that Mr. Cursor (previously DCA), Joe Cool and CFL were new additions since then. Lukullus left for The Wanderer Group in december.
