The Party 1992 was held at MesseCenteret in Aars, Denmark by The Silents, Anarchy and Crystal. It was the second ever The Party event. The party was for amiga, pc and c64 computers even though all three arranging groups were on the Amiga. c64 competitions were handled by Camelot, pc competitions by Future Crew. This was the first year there were pc competitions. 2500 people from the whole world visited, doubling the number from the first year, and making the biggest party thus far. General rule for Amiga productions were that they should run on an A500 with 1MB of total memory. Most music was delivered as executable files. This was also the year the first, infamous concert was held by Kyd & Balle Productions of The Silents. The entrance fee was 120 DKR.

Invitational information for this party was in many releases, among them Sledge Hammer 10e (october), Pool (november), Mind Funk 106 (november), European Top 20 3 (november) and Scene Talk 2 (december).
